Great hot tub for the price. It has a very high-end look and feel, with plenty of space, powerful jets, and a great overall design. It has been an excellent addition to our Airbnb property, and guests consistently compliment it and mention how much they enjoy using it during their stay. It looks far more expensive than it actually is and has been a great value. Very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend it. I love the look, the materials seem quality, it's sturdy, and essentially everything I expected, however a slight word of warning, it's going to take a rubber mallet (or a piece of scrap wood and a hammer in lieu of a rubber mallet) and some serious elbow grease to assemble. Assembly of the pieces is pretty straight forward but more than likely you'll have to use a mallet or hammer to get the final piece tapped in and it's a tight fit.... which is good. It helps add to the sturdiness of the unit. Once you've accomplished that the real work begins. The legs or good quality metal. They aren't light and included is self tapping screws. Patience and elbow grease are going to be your friend. You might want to wrap the areas around it in tape before you start to secure the screws. We had the drill slip and it knicked the coating a couple of times. It's on the back so it won't be seen, but it was frustrating. Take it slow and lean into it is the best advice I can give to get through it. There are only 8 screws so its not too bad, but it can take awhile.. Danika. San Antonio, TX. Wed Jul 21 2021

Great to get my replacement hot tub cover. Shortage of materials has caused this product to greatly increase in price and delayed delivery times. Product is good and required to keep your tub clean, and your Electra costs down. But I’ve now gone through 3 covers in the last 6 years! Update Wayfair owed upto the delay and refunded us partially for the extra money we had to pay to the installers due to last minute cancellation. Additionally, we heard back from Strong Spas senior management and they are sending a technician to evaluate the spa and fix anything that needs to be done. We were initially worried about whether manufacturer is reliable but so far, they have been communicating with us promptly. Increasing rating to 4 stars and will further update once it’s up and running and we can use it. Initial Review The bottom of the spa has punctured holes which have been created somewhere in the shipping process. Wayfair was kind to connect with the manufacturer but now waiting for a fix. Prior to this, delivery was delayed because the item was too heavy. Item was finally delivered but with a Punctured base that would cause a rodent or insect issue later.
