Haven't quite had a chance to install this but the shipping was less than desirable. The faces of the stainless did have a protective film that prevented scratches but it had some dents and bends. Luckily I think everything still lines up correctly -- if you care about dents I would maybe go with something else. I don't since I'm going to be putting metal pots and pans on it anyways.. Owen. Once sorted out it was easy to install except the anchors provided were for concrete walls and not timber/wood framing.
