I put it together myself and only had to re-do one shelf - in other words, the directions were very good because I am horrible at furniture assembly. The organizer arrived on time and was easy to assemble. It feels sturdy overall, and the steel frame seems solid. However, I was disappointed because the photos and product description made me think the entire organizer was made of steel. In reality, only the frame is steel, while the shelves are made of a mesh fabric basket material. These are nice storage cabinets. It took about 8 hours to assemble two units. We put 2 of these cabinets in a nook in a bedroom. They fit perfectly Instructions were clear and helpful. The shelves are stationery but will hold many things. We like the added glass doors at the top, which make it a little nicer in appearance. I gave 4 stars because 1 of the tall doors came with only 2 holes bored for the hinges. So we had to wait for it to be replaced before we could finish. Wayfair is very fast to respond to damage or parts issue and they worked with the manufacturer to get the door replaced in just a few days! It did take 2 people to place the top of the unit onto the bottom half safely. This is a very nice piece and went together very well. I don't understand why you need three screws for each hinge door and then three additional screws to attach to the side panel for EACH hinge. Two is the standard for a reason. 2) Don't understand why most of the screws are black, the door stoppers are brown, and the magnets and door screws are silver. OK..Well I went back and forth with cabinets...Studied them all for days, and tried to remove the ones I found that were metal.
