So, we had a bit of trouble in the beginning but Wayfair made it right. The first gate was dented pretty badly, we returned it received the second one which was missing the screws needed to put the footers on. Once the screws were received we were able to put it together correctly, I am so glad we got it. Its very heavy duty. The door is easy to openclose for access and its stylish.
