I’m very disappointed with this purchase. The box looks like it should be good quality, but unfortunately it arrived in poor condition. I contacted customer service to report the issue, and while they offered a 20 discount, I asked for a bit more since I really don’t want to go through the hassle of returning it, buying another one, and waiting again for shipping. They asked me to wait 24 hours for a response, so I’m still hoping for a better resolution. This is actually my third recent order with problems, which is very frustrating. I’ve been a Wayfair customer for years and never had this many issues before. Really disappointed with this experience. I received an email from Wayfair saying they are going to credit back to my original payment method, which I appreciate. I already finished building the box spring and, as I mentioned before, it does look like good quality overall. I really hope I won’t have any problems with it later on. This is for Mimi's house. My granddaughter 1 didn't have a bed to sleep in here. When we opened the box, and started pulling it out, she started jumping and squealing! Big smiles and happiness everywhere. I love it because I can move it around the house, and she loves having her own space to sleep and play. The poodle pup nor older sister can bother her in there. I did buy 3 in mattress to go in it as the one that comes with it is thin, that is why I am giving it a 4. Update: this portable crib has gone with me 3 states away to visit my sister. 5 years later, it's being used for my next grand child. This one chewed safety stickers off top rails so I had to remove them all. Keep an eye on that. Some kids will eat 'em, others won't. Overall I am updating this from a 4 to a 5!
