I use this daily for my 6 month old, since she was 2 months. Quick and easy place to put her down where she can entertain herself on her back or tummy. This baby blanket ranges from 0-9 months, so I expect to have it for a while; and it's perfectly weighted. Light enough, but not thin. The material is nice/quality and I love the snaps in the arm area to accommodate a small baby and then when baby grows up to 9 months (you can unsnap and make wider).
