I’ve had a desk chair from this brand before and loved it, so I decided to purchase one from them again. Assembly instructions were clear. Chair feels comfy to sit on, although I haven’t done hours of studying on it yet so can’t speak on that yet. I took one star off because the leaning back feature isn’t necessary as advertised. In the posters, it says the chair can lean back to two different degrees, but when I tried it, it only goes back as far as one. It’s a decent chair and totally worth the price, but it wasn’t the easiest thing to put together… especially snapping the wheels on. The chair is comfortable. I sat in the chair in the store for 90 minutes doing work - computer, reading, and hand writing. (Thank-you staff for letting me do this on a slow Monday morning.) It was a positive outcome in the store. Now that I have this chair in my home office, it works very well, there too. The reason that I am not rating it 5 stars: the arms are comfortable, but not as adjustable as I would like. One annoyance is that the pictures on the construction instructions did not match the chair. I was still able to fully assemble, adjust, and place the new chair in the home office in under 20 minutes from delivery. The auto-adjusting lombar support works well.
