The packaging was not up to standard. The hardware was not packaged and throw all throughout the box. I had to count to make sure i had all the pieces. It took about 3-4 hours to build myself which is fine however, when opening the box the wicker already had scratches on it and that was frustrating. Almost as if someone owned it prior to it being shipped to me. The back cushions are VERY thin, the bottom cushions have good structure; they did have strings already coming off out of the bag. My only minor issue is that the handwoven design makes it a bit challenging to remove fallen leaves, twigs, or pollen that get trapped in the glass coffee table’s frame. Assembly was relatively straightforward, but using a screw gun would have sped up the process. Surprisingly, the cushions are incredibly comfortable.
