The chair itself is nice but the delivery was a nightmare. They changed my delivery date, which was inconvenient for me, and the the guy sweat all over my chair and says it would go away. The storage space underneath the cushion is only covered by some thin wood slats knit together so I wouldn't trust falling down onto that cushion. I was really nervous ordering a couch online but I’m super happy with how this turned out! I needed a sectional that could easily be taken apart to fit through a narrow hallway in my apartment. This is perfect! The color is a little more blue-ish but it could just be the lighting and my carpet (I actually like it better bc it matches my rug). It’s definitely firm but in a way that feels supportive, not stiff. The storage is great for my small apartment, you can fit so much in there other than just blankets. My significant other is still trying to figure out how to put this together, somehow he did this with it (see image) and currently it’s a chair instead of a storage loveseat. The fabric is really soft and the pillows are quite fluffy. They come very flat and take a several days to fully puff up. Hopefully he’ll figure out the full secret to assembly success and I’ll be able to report back with the loveseat reveal. It does make a nice chair so far.
