After we got the frame put together, we took out the fabric cover - and it was about 4 times too small! A little tricky and time consuming to instal but well worth it! They look beautiful! Please note that the wider ones have an intentional seam in the middle. They almost look like two were sewn together to make it wider which for the price seems odd. I initially thought it was a defect. Other than that they are great quality! Exactly what I needed, literally. Same heavy fabric as original awning from same company. Fits frame as original did. Fabric lasts about 4-5 years, so needs replacement. We ordered two of these for our western windows. The kitchen could get up to 104°, however, after installing these, we don’t have a problem with that anymore. They’re relatively easy to assemble, but we’ve had experience putting things together. Someone who’s never put something like this together, the instructions are only pictures. The quality of the awning seems very good and it is attractive. I would agree with all of the reviews I read about how hard it was to assemble.
