My "wine rack" came pretty beat up (dents, scratches and chipped glass to name a few), BUT as this is designed to look like an aged/distressed fuel pump it served my purposes. My goal was to modify this into a Tesla charger anyway. Also, as far as assembly - the welded-in-place bolts were too long for the supplied cap nuts. So, many connecting pieces are loose.
