This chair will arrive unassembled and require some assembly covered by the Steelcase warranty.

Chair is very high quality, it has a very solid feel and is really well made. Assembly took less than a minute and required no tools. Lots of seat adjustments and overall a great purchase. The only thing I'm not exactly crazy about is that the seat cushion is pretty hard and can get uncomfortable after a while. Overall I don't regret the purchase. Great chair.. Matt. Aurora, IL. The back is a little too upright for me and is not adjustable. I’m going to try to get used to that. The lumbar supports are good though. Kim. Newnan, GA. Fri Sep 11 2026

The M59AS dynamic lumbar support adjusts to your lower back, offering constant comfort whether you sit still or move throughout the day.

Very comfortable and ergonomic chair. My son loves it as his gaming chair. He find it to be breathable and can sit in it for long periods of time. Assembly was quick and easy and all the parts were included. This is a good office chair to have.. Gessica. Coconut Creek, FL. Sun Oct 04 2026

I haven’t had an opportunity to spend an extended amount of time in this office chair, but the time I have had has been very comfortable. I’ve had many chairs with the foot rest, but the construction of this one is, by far, my favorite.. Lauren. Oklahoma City. Mon Jun 01 2026

Nice office chair. I like the lumbar support. As someone else indicated the arms do push down (see pic) so keep that in mind if you tend to use the arm rest when you stand up. Assembly was easy enough for one person but two would make it faster.. Erika. Sun Jun 07 2026

It is a contemporary, decor-friendly, adjustable office chair with lumbar support. And while we can all agree that’s important, they are in fact, superficial basics that everyone has, and not true ergo-enhancements. And if you work, study, or game long hours it’s just not enough comfort, is it? 2D adjustable headrest and seat for the ultimate custom fit our tilting headrest also adjusts to your height, while the seat slides up, and down. Our 5-point base with dual castors gives greater stability and strength over the common 4-point, single-castor chairs. And the other unique thing is we give you a free set of rollerblade wheels velvet smooth on hardwood floors. No, no sweating, sticking, or mesh marks! Forget about wire mesh chairs that leave grill marks on your body. Our smooth breathable mesh provides optimal airflow to avoid sweating and sticking.

LOVE IT! GREAT PRICE FOR VALUE!. Mardig. Wed Jul 29 2026

This Gesture chair was designed by Steelcase to be confident, intentional, and highly evolved with simple sophistication. The design was meant to inspire confidence that it would deliver a great experience time and time again. The key design driver was to fundamentally rethink the chair based on the movement of the human body and the way we work today. Gesture won the Neocon Gold Award in 2013.

Very happy with the colors I chose. Quality of material is high. It arrived pre-assembled in a giant box. It was well wrapped and there's not a nick or scratch on the chair. Since working from home I burnt through a $400 chair in 2.5 years. I decided to make the investment in a higher quality chair. So far when I sit in it my sciatica goes away and my body is just immediately comfortable. I'm only 5'3" and my feet can actually firmly be on the ground. Very happy that I went with the Gesture. It adjusts to fit my height and the arm rests come in closer. I think this chair would still be great for average height people, but it's adjustable so that it works for smaller builds too.. Sg. USA. Excellent office chair. The cream color looks even better in person and fits perfectly with our office aesthetic. It’s very comfortable for long workdays, with great lumbar support and plenty of adjustment options. The recline feature is especially nice and lets you relax in a natural position while still feeling supported. Assembly was straightforward, and the overall quality feels solid. Very happy with this purchase!. Anonymous. Mon Jun 01 2026

B100 Se is an office chair designed to keep you comfortable and productive at work. Compared to the M18, the B100 Se features an additional backrest in terms of ergonomics. This is a nice chair that is comfortable and gets the job done. Most aspects are adjustable like the arms that raise the lumbar support (albeit little support and small adjustable range). It will not blow you away or impress with high quality, but it is not cheap. It lands somewhere in the middle of the quality spectrum. For example the lumbar support (pictured) along with the neck and some other key parts are just plastic and not incredibly sturdy. The base arrived well packed and bubble wrapped but still came with dings scratches (pictured) and the base cover slip is a very cheap ( dirty) piece of plastic that is meant to be permanently placed there per the instructions but appears a bit tacky. However the chair is very sturdy, and the wheels glide very well. The seat is a large base that has plentiful cushion and is a very comfortable seat. The reclining feature is nice as well with no worry of tipping over backwards.. Erik. Northbrook, IL. Thu May 29 2025
