This is perfect for my needs, I just wanted something that looked nice but also was functional. The color is a very nice gray and it fits the small space I had. It is hard but not that uncomfortable. This is an elegant, firm sofa that was easy to assemble solo, and this is not something I usually do. I did have a friend help me flip it up onto its legs after assembly. The box arrived really beat up, and I had misgivings as I was unwrapping, but the contents were protected. I have now had this sofa for over a year; I slept on it for three months while fostered cats and kittens took over my bedroom. It would work to use it as a daily bed, but it is VERY firm. The blue velvet fabric has held up nicely despite 2 cats (who fortunately, do not scratch it). I have received many compliments on it; it is the focal point of the sitting area. Pros For the price it’s a good value. Great for a petite space. Nice soft fabric in a universal cream color. Cons The chaise isn’t that long. The piping on the back cushions is wavy. Not terrible to put together but doesn’t stay together when you try to move it. Very “modular”. Cushions are stiff without much give but will hopefully soften. This sofa looks great in my home office. And it’s gonna be the perfect guest bed for visitors as it folds out to basically a full-size bed and it’s actually pretty comfortable to sit on. Some of the other reviews didn’t rate the comfort very high but I think it’s great. And it looks wonderful. I’m not using the swivel table as you can see from the picture. And I’m covering up the cupholders just because they’re a stainless metal and that looks a little bit not the vibe of that room. But basically I’m very happy with this. This couch is very comfortable and attractive. It was also fairly easy to convert into the bed option. AND the bed is surprisingly comfortable. Not always the case with a convertible beds.
