This is a beautiful, well-made piece of furniture and incredibly functional. The wood finish and fluted detailing look even better in person, and it feels much more like a substantial piece of furniture than a typical Murphy bed. We love that it gives us a comfortable queen-size guest bed without permanently taking up the room. When closed, it looks great as a cabinet and the additional storage is a huge plus. Very happy with the quality, appearance, and overall functionality.. Chad. Austin, TX. Fri Oct 09 2026

Amazing piece. Looks beautiful in the room and was not too difficult to build. You won’t regret this purchase.. Lauren. Henderson, NV. Wed Jul 22 2026

This bed is a beast! Very well packed! Absolutely no damage from shipping. A lot of work to put together, but we expected that. Very heavy. And it’s BIG, even though we measured, the size still surprised us. Solid piece of furniture. Have not slept on it but just laying on the mattress feels like it will work well for guests. It’s more comfortable than most pull out bed or Murphy beds I’ve tried to lay on. Good find!. Mary. Sioux Falls, SD. Tue Jan 10 2023

It’s your space-saving solution. During the day it’s a cabinet dresser, at night it’s a bed. This Murphy bed is made from the finest quality rubberwood. You will be sleeping on a plush gel-infused memory foam mattress (included). The mattress will give you a rejuvenating night's sleep. This Murphy bed can be used occasionally or every day sleeping. You can also use this bed as a storage unit and a TV stand. Whether a teen or a retiree, this Murphy bed is right for you.

Really great Murphy bed! The quality is excellent, the built-in storage is fantastic, and everyone who has slept on it has loved it. My only gripe is the barn doors, they only swing open rather than sliding back along the sides, which takes up extra floor clearance. Not the absolute best for extremely tight spaces because of that door swing, but overall a solid, comfortable piece.. Jerrin. Pasadena, MD. Thu Aug 20 2026

Nice quality piece. Assembly was a bit rough, but not terrible. The piece is beautiful, and is exactly what I needed for my space. We absolutely love our Mandujano Murphy Bed in the Barnwood finish. After downsizing, we needed our larger office to double as a guest room, and this bed is perfect. It’s solid wood, extremely well built, and the design is brilliant — when folded up, it looks like a beautiful chest of drawers, and the bottom drawer is a real storage drawer that holds pillows, sheets, and a blanket. We bought the matching mattress thinking we might upgrade it later, but it’s genuinely comfortable. When our twin sons were visiting, one son slept on it with a plush topper and liked it so much he stayed in the Murphy bed even after the guest room became available when his brother departed. The Barnwood color blends perfectly with my wife’s Italian furniture, and the stowed design leaves room for a wall‑mounted TV above it. The built‑in power module with USB and standard outlets is a thoughtful touch. This bed is stable, comfortable, compact when stored, and very reasonably priced for the quality. We’re thrilled with it. Full endorsement.. Gerry. Charlotte. Sat Aug 22 2026

Solid wall, brick or concrete walls are required for installing our murphy bed. 3. Please ensure that the wall thickness is sufficient for the provided screws. 4. Please secure the bed firmly to the wall with screws before operating the murphy bed.

I absolutely love this Murphy bed! It’s high-quality and comes with very clear instructions. Based on other reviews, I knew it would be a time-consuming project, and it ended up taking me two days to assemble, about 10 hours in total. The trickiest part was mounting it to the wall. The instructions state it should only be mounted to concrete, but since my house isn't concrete, we had to adapt: we bolted 2x4s into the wall studs wherever there were mounting brackets, and then bolted the bed frame to the 2x4s. You can see one of the 2x4s in the second picture. Securely anchored in eight places, it’s rock-solid and isn't going anywhere. I plan to add paneling later to hide the 2x4 support board. We are extremely happy with how this looks in our TV room, and the addition of subtle lighting really highlights its beauty. I highly recommend this sturdy piece of furniture!. Lisa. Mckinney, TX. When all closed up it just takes 10 square feet of floor space. The bed also includes a tri-fold, solid foam mattress that easily stores inside the cabinet when not in use. Easy to use, easy to love.

I adore this cabinet/murphybed. The appearance and mechanism is excellent. The mattress is surprisingly comfortable. The price for the whole is meh. What did not esrn it a five star ratng is that the boards located by the latch are manufactured with a thin sheet of wood. When this was put together and the screwing mechanism needed to be completed, the screws split the wood because of the thin sheet that was used in its manufacture. :/ When I went to report to Wayfair to file a claim, there was no specific way to describe the issue because of the way Wayfair's reporting system is set up..
