The couch was well packaged all in one box but it was very heavy for one box. We LOVE this couch! It is the perfect couch for anyone who has a small space but wants to be able to lounge comfortably. The storage is fantastic and the outlets are so convenient. My absolute favorite thing is the fabric, it is nearly waterproof. We have pets and young nieces and nephews so there have been a lot of spills and not one stain! Everything just beads up and wipes right off. I will say, the zipper on one of these cushions did bust, but the customer service was fantastic and we were compensated for the issue and offered a new cushion!
