The above knob is very heavy and it seems to be of a very high quality. I love the matte black and hope it wears well. The knobs won't be installed for another month or two because the cabinets are being made. But the style is very modern/industrial looking and I think it will look very sharp with my lightly (natural) stained maple cabinets with flat fronts.. Donna. Salem, WI. Sat Apr 25 2026

This pull is great, antique finish just what I was looking for.. Emmy. Bishopville, MD. Thu Oct 06 2022

The Atlas collection broadens to include two new pendants with steel domes and a bottom diffuser. Offered with a standard HF finish for the dome, this Atlas is two-toned for maximum impact. All Hubbardton Forge products are hand-crafted to last one at a time in Vermont.

It was the titan god of endurance. After warring with the Olympian gods, Zeus tasked Atlas with holding up the celestial heavens for eternity. These extraordinary new pieces from this collection will certainly leave an impression that will endure, as the metal figures "hold up" the pieces in this series. Through exquisite design and craftsmanship, it combines nature's finest castaways in a warm contemporary setting. Support is created for each lovingly polished fragment with a symphony of science and art. The collection is exclusively from the Phillips collection.

The Atlas console table has a storied namesake. In Greek mythology, Atlas was the Titan god of endurance whom Zeus tasked with holding up the celestial heavens for eternity. The figures supporting the wood top of this gray console table have as weighty a job as the mythical hero. With exquisite craftsmanship, we have rescued the reclaimed chamcha wood top from being one of nature’s finest castaways by making it into an elemental design statement. Combined with the whimsical black metal base, the overall style is fitting for a number of interiors, including a contemporary, modern farmhouse, and industrial chic. There are a variety of furnishings and accessories in the Atlas collection that reflect the ethos Phillips Collection personifies: modern organic.
