I like it, don’t love it. The slip cover is my favorite - it’s a thick linen and soft and really exceeded expectations there. It was really easy to put together. It’s not super, super comfortable like it’s pretty firm and the base has springs in it so it’s kind of hard and bouncy almost. The pillows are fine - way too big for the pillow covers that come with it but they technically fit. Id consider replacing the inserts. Overall, it’s fine. I like the look and the fabric, I wish it was more comfortable.. Madeline. Chicago, IL. Fri Aug 28 2026

We love this couch, firm yet comfortable, and so easy to pull out for a bed. Also it is really nice to be able to use the ottoman as a stand alone, it doesn’t have to stay attached to the couch. It is perfect for our space and needs.. Shirley. Arab, AL. Wed Sep 09 2026

This sectional is even better in person- absolutely gorgeous! It’s well constructed and the thick cushions are supportive and comfortable. Love that there was zero assembly too. I'm absolutely in love with this sofa! I was nervous because it didn't have a ton of reviews but I'm glad I took the chance because it looks so much more expensive than it is and is very comfortable and cozy. I wanted an ivory sofa but I was scared because I'm accident prone, so I got the conversational Ivory, which gives my space the overall lightness but a little less obvious if I spill something on it. My sister even slept on the couch the first 2 nights I had it and found it very comfy. Update ---- Last two photos show how the sofa aged after 4 years. Did pretty well but loses it's shape a little bit with some piling.. Naseam. Trabuco Canyon, CA. Wed May 20 2026

Great couch! Super comfortable and came very secure in all the boxes. The only thing was the assembly with the arm rests. Once you put the back rests on, you have to squeeze the arm rests on there and it can be a bit difficult. Other than that, great purchase!. Lauren. NY. Thu May 28 2026

Sofa was delivered yesterday (well worth the 50 delivery fee to have it delivered to the room of my choice!) and so far so good. I out it together on my own so obviously that’s possible but probably much easier with two people. It’s comfy, good for a small apartment space. There are some lumps in the pulllows that I hope will work themselves out over time but overall I’m really happy with it.. Kim. Arlington, VA. Wed Sep 23 2026

The medium-firm seating cushions are generously padded with high-density foam and supported by sinuous springs for excellent support, while the back cushions ensure lasting comfort. Three matching back cushions complete the set, adding a cozy finishing touch.

Overall, I’m very happy with this couch. It’s beautiful, comfortable, and fits perfectly in my apartment. The neutral color goes with everything, and it feels sturdy once assembled. The only downside was that assembly took longer than expected because some of the hardware that connects the sections was slightly misaligned, making it a bit challenging to put together. Once everything was in place, though, it was absolutely worth it. I’d also love to see this couch offered in more colors—especially a rich caramel brown, which I think would be a gorgeous option. I’d definitely recommend it!. Madison. Tue Jul 28 2026
