I hope someone will reach out to me to make this right. This is not a terribly inexpensive table; this should not be happening. Update: 7/8/26 the replaced table is also chipped and in terrible shape. I would not recommend this table in a daily use environment. Any wiping with a damp towel will cause the finish to chip off. Some key pieces in the base have slowly come apart after assembling. Even after using a set torque setting, it came apart and makes a tremendous amount of noise.
