These are heavier and sturdier than I expected them to be. I have not installed them yet, but the video makes it look simple. It was nice having it all in a kit. I'm not sure the price was any savings. I'm pretty sure it came to a bit more than I feel doing it a la carte would be, but, this way they supply the right stuff up front, so I'm good with it. I got the smoky sky color, and it looks just like the online photos did.. Mike. Bend, OR. Fri Jul 17 2026

This tub looks beautiful in the picture. The tub that came was not the tub we ordered, so we started the return process which showed that we would have to pay $150 freight costs. My husband talked to a representative on the phone and they said there was no way to reverse the charge because we had started a return online, so they only issued the refund for the tub cost. I contacted customer service via email listed at the bottom of the original order, explained the situation and asked for a refund of the freight cost since the we had not received the tub we had ordered. With in 48 hours I had an email response letting me know we would be refunded freight costs and it was back in our account 24 hours after that. We have ordered from Wayfair frequently in the past and this is the first time we have had any issue. I wish the original tub had been sent, but I am pleased with the customer service even if it took a little extra effort on my part.. Scott. Burley, ID. Wed Sep 16 2026
