I really love the products very comfy and pleasurable to lounge on. However. I do have a Major Complaint regarding FEDEX DELIVERY SERVICES that you chose for my package to be delivered by. I Requested that my 72 lb package be delivered to my FRONT DOOR, due to unfortunately I have a Broken/Fractured wrist, instead FEDEX DRIVER delivered my package to the mail room in the FRONT of my building while I live on the opposite side of the build. So I called them several times to have a driver come back out to move it to my door, they told me several lies that they would send someone out. However, they never did, so I even gave them a visit to inform that no one had come out,, and they told me that all their Drivers are CONTRACTORS and the Contracting company does not hold the Drivers accountable for not following direction, there's nothing FEDEX will do about it. I feel so let down it took several days to get someone to move that 72lb box to my FRONT DOOR. So Please use Reliable Delivery Companies. You don't know the challenges your customers may have. We have a shoeless house so this small benchshoe organizer is perfect without being in the way. It would hold 8 pairs of my size 7 shoes or 6 of my BFs size 10.5. Only his flip flops will fit on top (my sneakers and low heels fit fine). High heels or don’t fit here and I doubt men’s size 11 or larger would fit. The cushion is loose and optional. We will likely add an adhesive if we don’t swap out. I addd contact paper inside to help with wear and tear.
