We have a shoeless house so this small benchshoe organizer is perfect without being in the way. It would hold 8 pairs of my size 7 shoes or 6 of my BFs size 10.5. Only his flip flops will fit on top (my sneakers and low heels fit fine). High heels or don’t fit here and I doubt men’s size 11 or larger would fit. The cushion is loose and optional. We will likely add an adhesive if we don’t swap out. I addd contact paper inside to help with wear and tear. Item was delivered as scheduled and instructions were primarily diagrams... ensure correct direction of closing mechanism when assembling. It was simple, light weight and can be assembled alone. Sturdy and looks nice. I like it without the top cushion. Fits 8 pairs of size 10 women’s shoes very well. It would not fit larger men’s shoes.
