This chair is fine. We ordered black and its more of an off black. The lift method is great for an older person. Also, the method of shipping is terrible. They ship the chair in 2 separate boxes. The 1st box came quick but the second took 4 days. Kind of pointless when you can't use the chair because you only received half the chair.As far as comfort its ok. Not much extension on the foot part of the reclining. And I'm a short person. If you are taller it definitely wont give you any foot room as my feet are over the edge and I'm 5'2. Wow! This chair is ultra plush and comfortable! This was easy to assemble, but did have to dig one of the connection cords out from behind the felt once I discovered it was missing. Hoping the triple motor lasts and holds up to use and wear. This chair really seems to be a very nice durable quality and looks very nice as well.
