My household is in agreement that the couch is firm-supportive, so we aren’t sinking in, but still super comfy. In fact, I took a three hour nap on it the day it was delivered. It may be comfier than my tempur pedic bed.. Kelly. Silverdale, WA. Mon Jun 01 2026

We’re loving this new couch. It’s easy to assemble but does take two people, and is really comfortable. The genuine leather on the seats is soft. The sides match well, but definitely feel like faux leather. It’s also really versatile and can configure left or right and you can put the cup holder piece anywhere. We just moved so no decor yet. Very nicely packaged and shipped, and easy to put together. Allows flexibility for left or right facing options. The cushions ship vacuum packed and need 48 hours to fluff. It’s super easy to put the feet on by hand, and having a rubber mallet to connect the couch connectors together is very helpful. Seems to be decent quality material and cushioning. The brown color is more like a sand color and blends really nicely with our light gray walls, giving the room a more warm feeling than our previous black pleather sectional. We usually don’t allow our dogs on the furniture and our kids are all grown, but we shall see how it holds up with our grandkids over the years! If I’m able to, I will post an update in the future after the pillows fluff a bit. I purchased an extra ottoman so me and my hubby can rest our feet. Overall, very happy with my purchase!. Anonymous.
