This Sectional begins with milling and drying own hardwoods at lumberyard facility to ensure that frames are built to last without warping, twisting, or cracking. From there, the lumber travels to one of Serta upholstery frame shops where the wood is cut, shaped, and assembled into the highest quality frames available. The foam and fiber parts, built with eco-friendly practices and recycled materials are cut to size at 1 of 2 nearby foam processing plants. These components are then joined in 1 manufacturing center where they are assembled into your piece of furniture. Serta upholstery fabric, sourced from around the world, selected for its quality, style, and value and stored in climate controlled fabric warehouse, is then cut, sewn and applied to create your finished piece of upholstered furniture.

The sectional is great once you have both pieces together. However, I did have issues with the delivery company that was used. Wayfair sent both pieces in one shipment to the delivery company. The delivery company decided since it said one that only one piece was to be delivered. I talked to them and that was their excuse. Wayfair was great in responding and arranging shipment of the missing piece since the delivery company could not locate the other piece at their warehouse. The sectional is comprised of a right arm facing loveseat, a left-arm facing loveseat, and a 90-degree corner. With its low-profile flared arm and accent pillows, it creates a very clean transitional sectional. With 3 different pairs of pillow patterns, it allows you to mix and match to change the look and feel of your room simply by changing your pillows. To start we were very disappointed when the delivery came and only two out of the three pieces arrived. Luckily they found the missing piece after a couple days and shipped it out to us immediately. The couch is beautiful in its simplicity. Please note that you must attach the legs and there are no pre-drilled holes so it will take time to measure the areas out so the legs are evenly put it to match one another. For the price of the couch you would think the holes to put the legs on would be done. The material is of excellent quality but note the couch is much lighter than the picture they have for the beige. We knew this as we had seen this couch somewhere else previously. The seating is very deep but very firm which I’m sure in time will give a bit. The clips used to join the pieces up do not match up properly but can be unscrewed so that you can screw it in its proper place for aligning. Even with the mishaps I love the couch.. Nicole. ON.
