Arrived on time and easy to assemble. Although the microfiber fabric makes me itch, I still need to cover it anyway because we have a cat. Enough to support my height and weight(I'm 5'2"). I mentioned weight because the only things that hold the back support are these two metal pieces that seems to short and not even locked with bolts. Hopefully it will hold long.. California. This chair is pretty comfortable and roomy. It is pretty easy to assemble but connecting all the wires were a little confusing. The instructions do not mention hidden wires and I had to reach out to customer support which was very helpful. A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice. The cup holders, USB port and pockets are nice extras.. Kelly. Peoria, IL. Fri Jul 31 2026

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE EVERYTHING about my new chair, especially the messages, the heat....and yes....the lift! And THE PRICE WAS RIGHT for such a beautiful recliner. I'M IN LOVE WITH WAYFAIR NOW! UPDATE......Springs coming up pressing against leather seat and sitting is so uncomfortable and uneven and every so often when in recliner position the entire chair just drops with forceful landing.
