This sectional is beautiful and very comfy! The length of time it took for it to arrive was just over 5 weeks from the date the order was placed. The sofa arrived packaged in multiple layers of plastic wrap and carboard, however, upon opening it we did find a little damage. We're currently working with Franklin Corp. the manufacturer of the sofa to come to a resolution. Also to be noted this sofa DOES NOT come with built in USB ports as mentioned in the product specifications. TBD how the manufacture deals with this issue. Excellent size and goods that it comes in 3 parts. The angled corner piece is great. Conformable not too firm, not too soft. Material seems robustdurable. Giving it a 4 star instead of 5 because there is some undulation of material after use, although likely within normal limits. It also took nearly 5 months to receive.
