First time buying a couch off of Wayfair for our new home. Was very skeptical as I’ve seen and read many reviews on many other sectionals and sofas. This one caught my eye because of all the great reviews it had. Took a chance on it and all I can say is if you’re thinking about buying this couch. GO FOR IT! I have absolutely no regrets. The couch was so easy to assemble and each one is very light as I can pick up and move on my own. We get many compliments on color and how comfortable it is. Very happy with our purchase on this one.. Gabriela. Thu Oct 08 2026

I cannot say enough good things about this sectional! I spent months looking at couches and was extremely hesitant to order one online without sitting on it first. The Brinsley ended up being exactly what I was looking for. The taupe color is absolutely beautiful in person. It’s the perfect warm neutral and works beautifully with the rest of our room. The corduroy fabric is incredibly soft and cozy, and the couch feels substantial without looking bulky. Having a home with pets, I needed something that could be comfortable and livable while still looking beautiful. This checks all of those boxes. It completely changed the look and feel of our living room and made the whole space feel warmer and more inviting. I’m very picky when it comes to furniture, and I genuinely love everything about this sectional. One of the best purchases we’ve made for our home!. Lindsay. Perrysburg, OH. Wed Aug 12 2026

Nice couch, very big and very comfortable. The only reason I give it 4 stars is it’s only been a year and the fibers are already peeling. Also dog with claws will tear it.. Brooke. Reno, NV. Tue Oct 06 2026

Love the depth of the couch and ability to lounge comfortably. Feet were a pain to assemble as you need a long screwdriver so couldn’t use my ratcheting screw driver or drill. Wished feet were wood and not plastic, but once assembled you don’t notice. Couch had some defects on arrival, but none that prevented use. Manufacturer was responsive and helped resolve. Many years on, this is still a great sofa. I have cats, and the fabric may honestly be about the best-case scenario for a cat household. As you can see in my admittedly dirty sofa photo, claws do occasionally pull up little loops, but they can easily be trimmed or pulled out with very little effect on the overall appearance of the fabric. The modular parts have held up extremely well too. We have reconfigured the sofa plenty of times over the years, and all of the hinges and connectors are still solid. The connectors are substantial metal pieces, not little plastic clips, and nothing has loosened up or broken with repeated use. The storage under the seats is still one of my favorite features. There is a surprising amount of room in there, and having storage built into basically every section makes the whole modular design much more useful. After years of regular use, pets, moving pieces around, opening and closing the storage, and generally not babying it, it has held up remarkably well. I would absolutely buy it again.. Skipp. US.
