Getting the covers on the cushions was a little tricky but after doing two I figured it out quickly.To get rid of the wrinkles others have mentioned,as you are zipping the covers reach inside and adjust the cushion.Try to make sure all corners are filled. Also I bought some strips of velcro to make sure the cushions stay in place. Oh make sure you have a person help with getting the back put in. It makes it a little easier. You might need to manipulate the arms a little bit.But trust me it will fit. It looks nice and is comfortable to sit in. I like the material also, no more dog hair stuck in the couch. Kim.
