Mostly this is a great piece of furniture. The drawback are the manufacturers assembly instruction for the recliner are not properly detailed. Pictures are vague and incorrect, instructions are insufficient. One difficulty I have found involves the arms, they are not attached. To attach them you have two double ended bolts for each arm. Screw the bolts into the arm put the arm into the slots on the chair. Then, somehow, you need hands and arms thin enough and long enough to secure the arms with plastic knobs. My arms do not fit, I am not super buff and I am 6' tall so my hands can reach but space is limited. The position makes it very difficult to see the end of the bolt and secure the arm. I have given up trying for now. Hire the assembly option. Unless there is a unwritten trick to this, I am having trouble seeing how it is done without strain and annoyance.. Keith. Milwaukee, WI. The chair is very comfortable for my back and seat. It's a bit high, however. I'm 5'6"and I cannot put my feet on the ground. The color seems to be different than described. It was described as navy and it looks more like denim. It also has more of an embroidered look than the paisley being part of the fabric design. Shannon. Tampa, FL. Wed Sep 23 2026
