The fabric is soft to the touch, gives you a cozy feeling and I love that it is all washable. The chair requires some assembly, which only takes about 15 minutes to get everything out of the box and ready to sit on. It does sit a bit low to the floor but it is very comfortable and being oversized gives you plenty of room. This oversized chair was the perfect size for my alcove and the color is nice and neutral. The one bracket was a little bent but fixed easily with a mallet. Some of the cushions were packed inside the back part of the chair and were hard to pull out. A screw needed to be removed before pulling the cushions otherwise it wouldve torn the fabric pulling it out. I wish there was a fabric flap that could be attached to cover up the space where the cushions were packed because I imagine dirt and debris are going to get caught up inside.
