I left one star out because of the screws for the corner seat. They're not long enough so you really got to stuff the alley key in there. Overall the couch is decent and this is a 2-3 person job due to weight. Also a different more precise manual comes in the package than what's on the website. It's very comfortable and has a movie night feel to it. The cushions sink you into the couch almost so all you need is a blanket. Wrist and fingers will hurt from all the twisting but it's worth it. Says a screwdriver is needed but it's not. The alley key is way more useful because of how the screws are shaped at the top. It's a little wide but still fits in my cottage-sized living space. There is a new couch scent so baking soda and vacuuming is a must if you can't stand it but like most new furniture it will eventually dissipate. Tamil and his team delivered, assembled, and cleaned up all within 30 minutes. Highly recommend the assembly when delivered. Sectional itself is the perfect firmness and pillows are very comfortable. Pillows are tinted blue, but it goes perfect with our color scheme. You need the pillows or else it’s a hard, straight backing, but I love the pillows, they go so well with it. Stools in the side of the sectional are equally as firm, so they can be used as foot rests or small seats. Pieces click together easily so anyone can rearrange to their liking. Headrests are at the perfect height. Pushing into place against our hardwood floors did not leave scratches which is amazing. I almost cancelled this order after I thought I must be crazy to purchase a sectional from a website. I'm so glad it shipped and I didn't get the chance to cancel. This sectional is so much better than I expected. Every piece arrived in great condition (and quickly...just a few days). It was easy to assemble. The seat cushions are firm. The seating seems to be very sturdy. It is pictured with the Primiana 38.2" wide Modern and Overstuffed Soft Chenille Swivel and Rocker reclinder, a tray from Joss and Main, and we purchased an additional ottoman (the Leo ottoman, which matches perfectly).
