This armchair is just the place to curl up with a good book when you need to relax. It has a solid and engineered wood frame that rests on tapered block feet for a classic look we love. Wrapped in light tan polyester fabric, this chair is also filled with foam and sinuous springs to provide plenty of support. A toss pillow with a striking medallion pattern is included for another layer of texture and a traditional vibe. Partial assembly is required: Just screw in the feet, and you're good to go.

Beautiful look and color of chair! Traditional style and lines. However I think there is a flaw in the design. Others said in reviews that it was a very deep chair. The bottom cushion is very firm, almost overstuffed and the back cushion is very soft. So when you sit down, you create an opening between the top cushion and bottom cushion of at least 1-2 inches. You can touch the back wood of the chair with your fingers. My low back was not supported at all then. Tried adding a small pillow and that made it somewhat better. Very deep seat which is nice if you’re putting your feet up, but otherwise my feet did not touch the ground (5 ft 6 in). It’s a beautiful nice solid chair. It isn’t low or sits like it’s sized for a child first and foremost. It’s nice and wide and deep. My husband is over 6ft, and he fits nicely, I’m 5’”7 and and it really meets my height. Feels sturdy , the cushion isn’t overly firm so you can sit in it comfortably for a long time. The additional accent pillow, was a perfect touch because the sweat is deep a nice pillow to meet your back would be a perfect touch. The arm rests are nice and wide as well. I bought two of these chairs and the first one took me a couple of hours to do. It wasn’t hard. But you may need another person to help you it’s 4 big pieces , once you get the legs on which were so quick to do, then you have to hook the seat into the insides of the arms first , there are no screws for any of this , which is nice, but it may be easier to have someone hold the pieces steady as you align the seat with the arms and then the back slides into the chair last to lock the chair into place.
