Overall a good ladder that definitely helps your feet and balance. Took approx five minutes to attach the handles. The rest is assembled for you. It is sturdy and nice solid construction. It is light weight and easy to move. My negative are the spacing for the steps. They are a bit too close. When you want your feet flat your shins hit the next step and that is painful.
