First, the box was destroyed so I am very surprised we had all the parts. It’s by far the worst piece of furniture I ever bought from Wayfair and waited 2 months for it. The two wooden armrests had 3 pre drilled hole and two of the pre drilled holes did not line up with the metal frame. Definitely overpriced for the quality!. Mona. Brockville, ON. Fri Oct 09 2026

The Seat Belt Black rocking chair is one of many offerings in this contemporary seating collection by award-winning Thai designer, Nuttapong Charoenkitivarakorn. The design was inspired by the intertwining spools of fabric seen when visiting a seat belt factory. Nuttapong’s striking chairs are easily recognizable by the braided backside and stiletto profile. The straps are woven on a frame made of wood that is reinforced with metal. There are monochromatic and two-tone versions, each of which is available in many colors. We offer custom color matching for quantities of 16 or more, and the Seat Belt comes as regular-height and high-back dining chairs, rockers, and ottomans. All of these reflect the ethos that the Phillips Collection personifies: modern organic.
