The Johnte Full-Size Futon Frame with Full-Size Innerspring Mattress is just the thing to make my spare bedroom a functional guest room. Once together, you have a traditional futon that is sturdy, comfortable, and works as it should. Assembly wasn't overly difficult and the instructions were clear. I did have to watch part of the manufacturer's how-to video to figure out how best to lay the bed slats into the frame proper. The key is to lay it flat and get assistance from a 2nd person. Also, the 8 screws in the frame need to remain loose until that stage and only tighten them after the slats are slipped into place. Our futon arrived on the exact day they said it would. It was fairly easy to assemble and seems to be of good sound quality. I wish the mattress was just a bit thicker but it’s quite comfortable to sit on. We plan to use it as a bed when guests come hence my wishing the mattress was just a little bit thicker.
