I now own 4 of these trees, use them as a screen between my back deck (outside) and my neighbor's. They are incredibly lifelike. Upon opening there is a faint odor that dissipates after a few days. Trees come very well packaged, and though "branches" are bent you can reshape them. The height is only attainable with the highest branch straighened. The pots naturally collect some rainwater, so I use mosquito donuts to prevent insect infestation. Very cute tree… Looks real and I have received compliments from neighbors. The tree is perfect for our conditions right now. We are having a drought in the state and on watering restrictions. Update These lasted about two years outside. They were on my porch, had some sunlight, but temps are always warm. No idea how long they will hold up being outside in the heat and dry weather, but wreaths tend to last for several years, so I’m crossing my fingers for the best. Gosh hate to give this a 3 star but we all need to be truthful. Price and quality of these are wonderful. So is the secure packaging. However, it’s impossible to push in the top section all the way into the bottom section. It’s a different configuration than the pamphlet enclosed in box. It’s literally a square peg going into a round hole! And there’s no way to tap it down with a mallet - just sheer human strength and it only goes so far. There is about 2” that we cannot push down into the bottom section. It is secure but the center post is more exposed than it should be. Secondly, you have to be so, so careful when spreading out the branches because they come off really easily if you are not careful. These are very full artificial grasses. I put them in pots to help to hide the air conditioner, and I couldn’t be happier. These are the 4 foot size ones.
