This faux bird of paradise plant is so very lifelike! This is the 7’ one and is just about 7’. It was extremely easy to assemble the leaves onto the stems. The plant part is secured in a concrete “soil” of some kind and sits into the two piece pot. There is green filler you can add if needed. The pot however, advertised as “fiberclay” is thin cheap plastic. I’ll be painting the plastic pot black to coordinate with the other things nearby and make it look a bit more expensive.. Susan. US. I'm mostly happy with this set of Fiddle Leaf Fig fake plants. They do have a bit of a fake look, especially because the top side of the leaves are shiny, and the underside of the leaves are exposed and they look less convincing. I love this pot planter. The color is lovely and the pot is a nice weight. Sturdy enough to not tip over but not too heavy to move around. It has a brilliant removable plate that you can install for smaller plants or remove for very tall plants. The hole in the plate seemed a little too wide so I added a small section of screen and planted directly into the pot. Overall I am happy with this planter. The checkered pattern is a bit more noticeable than I would like and I am not a big fan of the black speckled paint all over it, but otherwise it looks like the pictures.
