It fit our space perfectly. We bought a low profile bed so our dog could get up on it with us. We did have to buy a 5 inch foundation to raise it some to make it more comfortable to stand up. Trisha. Shawnee, KS. Sat Oct 10 2026

Engage in a nightly atmosphere of rustic serenity with the beautiful Abordale platform bed. Made in Malaysia, this mid-century-inspired piece is crafted from sturdy wood. It's smooth, and the headboard encourages relaxation, forming a gorgeous bedroom backdrop. The Abordale requires assembly and utilizes wood slats for mattress support, eliminating the need for a box spring. Tapered legs offer diverse geometry, making the Abordale platform bed an alluring foundation for any bedroom.

I love the look of the bed and the wood is high quality. But the sides buckle (they're two separate pieces) and the slats didn't fit the width of the bed. The first shipment was clearly a return because some pieces were already assembled and 50% of them were scratched. The replacement headboard was chipped, but hidden from view so I kept it.. Michelle. North Hollywood, CA. Fri Oct 18 2024

This platform bed brings traditional style with a modern finish to your bedroom. It's made of solid pine wood that has been kiln-fried with engineered wood elements. This bed features a rectangular headboard with shiplap-inspired horizontal paneling details and molding accents that match a low-profile footboard. We love that the platform design opens up the space under the bed for storing seasonal clothing and shoes. Plus, a series of slats support a mattress without needing a box spring to reduce bulk. A mattress is not included.

I love this bed frame! Easy to put together and doesn’t make much noise!. Maggie. Bay Village, OH. Wed Jul 29 2026

Some bedrooms naturally feel easier to settle into, and thoughtful design plays a big part. The clean profile and beveled panel detailing give this piece a quiet sense of structure without making the room feel heavy, while the warm wood finish pairs effortlessly with everything from crisp white bedding to layered seasonal textures. Whether you're starting the morning or winding down at night, it creates a relaxed backdrop that makes the space feel polished, comfortable, and ready for everyday living.

I absolutely love this bed. It looks high end and met all my expectations. It went together well and the color is beautiful.. Aaron. Centennial, CO. Wed Aug 12 2026

Anchor your bedroom or your teen's restful retreat in boho style with this handsome platform bed. Made from solid wood with a rich brown finish that highlights the natural wood grain, this eye-catching headboard strikes a rectangular silhouette showcasing wavy routing inspired by tranquil ocean waves. A slat system accommodates your preferred mattress with the help of center supports, while chunky block legs provide 5’’ of clearance for valuable underbed storage. Available in a selection of standard sizes, this low-profile design can be used with or without a box spring.

The bed is definitely all hard wood. It’s not the type of hardwood you could sand and refinish in the future. It also arrived without any broken pieces. It’s a pretty bed, but we are giving it a 45 because we wanted something subtle. The bed is kind of big and the headboard is massive. The advertisement has a large mattress and the decorative pillows hide just how big it is. I can’t imagine what kind of room this would fit in. We also wish it was held together with more hardware.. Amy. Philadelphia, PA. Mon Mar 02 2020

Sleek steel and sustainable bamboo come together in this platform bed to bring you the best of contemporary craftsmanship. A solid bamboo headboard highlights the wood’s natural grain, perfectly paired with a black metal frame for a modern, balanced look. Designed for both style and durability, bamboo offers an easy-to-maintain surface, while the sturdy steel base provides reliable support. Wide, closely spaced wooden slats create a stable foundation for any mattress without the need for a box spring, and non-slip tape helps reduce movement and noise. Thoughtfully packed with all the tools and instructions for quick assembly, this bed is built for effortless setup and lasting appeal.

This bed was phenomenally easy to assemble, and I thoroughly enjoyed the process. I really liked how this bed came with a ratcheted Allen key wrench and a regular Allen key, and I really appreciated that the hardware came in already organized for you in a cardboard blister, so you didn't have to dig around for it in a bag. Instructions were really straightforward and easy to follow, and they also linked a YouTube tutorial to make things easier in case if the graphics were not clear enough. The only major downside is that the under-bed clearance is less than 5", which can limit your storage space, but if you prefer your bed low to the ground, then this bed frame is perfect! If I had to nitpick, then I'd say that the wood parts of the bed have this very strong "new cabinet" smell, but I'm sure that will resolve itself over time. In conclusion, this bed has pretty great value to it because the build experience was very pleasant, the bed looks beautiful, and it's very budget friendly! Would definitely recommend, especially if you get it on sale :). Tim. CA. Wed Sep 23 2026
