So happy with our recent purchase of these outdoor cantilever umbrellas! We bought 3 of them for our pool side and they are an immediate upgrade from our previous umbrellas. The poles are very sturdy, the fabric is stylish and thick, and the umbrellas measure 10 feet wide- providing ample shade from our strong Texas sun. Additionally, they glide up and down easily, are a breeze to open and can be positioned at different angles for the perfect amount of shade, any time of day. Did I mention they are rated for up to 30mph winds? But the best part is that they rotate 360 degrees by stepping on the foot pedal! No matter what time of day it is, you've got sun protection. These umbrellas are worth every dollar and I just can't say enough about them. We also purchased the optional 3 year insurance plan in case of incidentals. We are very happy with this umbrella and would definitely recommend it. The 360-degree rotation makes it easy to provide shade exactly where it’s needed throughout the day, and we especially love the left and right tilt feature for blocking the sun from different angles. We ordered this umbrella to provide shade over a portion of our above-ground pool so we'd have a place to get relief from the strong Florida sun. It provides plenty of coverage without shading the entire pool, which is exactly what we wanted. The umbrella was straightforward to set up and feels sturdy once assembled. The canopy provides excellent shade, and the ability to adjust the position helps keep the shaded area where you need it throughout the day. We've also been impressed with how well it handles wind. We've had some pretty strong gusts here in Florida recently and kept a close eye on it. It stayed firmly in place and never felt unstable. We've only had it for a short time, so I can't speak to long-term durability yet, but so far we're very happy with it.
