This towel bar has a much better hanging system than the first one. I had to replace the first one because it came out of the box stripped. Could not get the set screw to secure the bar. I could not find my paperwork on it so I just ordered another one. The carpenter installed this one and said it was much better. But, the set screws in this one are chrome, while the escutcheon is matte black!!! As I sit in the tub I can see them! I had the same issue with the Kingston faucets and I had called them and they said they don't have black set screws. I had to buy them myself. Beautiful Towel Holder Since Moving into a Smaller House I’ve had to work on My Organization Skills ! This Towel Rack is Perfect since it is Extremely Adjustable ! I have Limited Wall Space and found the Best Place to Hang My Master Bathroom Towels ! The Bar was Easy to Install and the Instructions were Clear ! I would Suggest using a ‘Straight’ Adjuster to Tighten up the Screw Located at Bottom of each Side. I needed a little extra room for a 1/2 guest bathroom pedestal sink. I found the Delta Cassidy matching Glass Shelf with towel bar. The product information sheet showed that I did not need to install the towel bar. The glass shelf is the perfect size for decorative paper hand towels which are more sanitary than multiple use cloth towels when entertaining guests. Very nice towel bar but the brackets that came with it are horrible. They did not look like the brackets on the installation sheet and my husband had th finally put them in a vice to bend so we could get the towel bar to fit onto the brackets. Very frustrating.
