I have had good luck since 2018 with Wayfair- however, while this floor is a high quality floor, it was not packaged or delivered with care. Every box received had broken pieces- we were unable to complete the floor - we are a few pieces short- we have had two different replacement boxes both came with every piece broken and unusable. This is an interlocking floor- it must not have broken edges. Customer service has been professional however the floor was ordered Nov 21st and as of today Dec 28 I still do not have what we need to complete the floor- this is a bathroom and the inability to use it is exasperating..
