EXCELLENTO! Arrived on time. The big box got me a bit nervous but after opening it was a breeze for this 70 year old young woman to assemble it in no time. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE EVERYTHING about my new chair, especially the messages, the heat....and yes....the lift! And THE PRICE WAS RIGHT for such a beautiful recliner. I'M IN LOVE WITH WAYFAIR NOW! UPDATE......Springs coming up pressing against leather seat and sitting is so uncomfortable and uneven and every so often when in recliner position the entire chair just drops with forceful landing. This happened at first but after a few times just stopped so I thought the issue had been resolved. I just got this Nov 5th 2025! So glad I purchased the insurance.! Unacceptable! Looking elsewhere for quality and comfort!. Evalyn. Junction City, OR. Sat Oct 10 2026

I ordered a powered lift-and-tilt recliner with massage and heat controls for my 97-year-old mom, who lives in another state. Delivery was scheduled by Friday afternoon, and I arranged for a staff member to assemble it before the workday ended. Instead, the large, boxed recliner was left outside on the assisted living facility’s porch on Saturday (non-workday), exposed to rain or theft. There’s written instruction inside the double door how to enter the building. Also, I asked a Wayfair customer service representative how to activate the recliner’s tilt function and was told I would receive an answer by email. After two days of back-and-forth messages, I was instructed to hold the “Extend” button. That guidance was incorrect; the tilt function requires holding the “Retract” button. So far, my mom really loves the look and feel of the recliner and all of its functionality.. Stanley. Queen Creek, AZ. Sun Oct 11 2026

You can press the power-remote to control the lift or recline of the recliner chair, which means you can get any position you want, whether it's reclining 180 degrees or lifting. Because the lift chair is powered by electric dual motor mechanism, it can push the entire chair up and the chair can work smoothly and silently to help the elderly stand up easily. It's also ideal for people who have balance problems with legs or back, or who after surgery.

I am 6.3 and 295# The chair is sturdy. I like the wide seat, it make it easy to shift around when reclining. The chair was easy to assemble. it has two USB ports. The electric lift is very slow. My feet sticks out past the lift but is still very comfortable. It only has a leg and back adjustment. This chair does not come with a head or lumbar adjustment. It comes with a small pillow that the instructions suggest to use for the lumbar. (between seat and back hinge). For me it provided no advantage for the Lumbar. But is just Perfect for my head and neck support. I thought I would like the pop out CUP holder on one side and a wireless phone charger on the other side. . I should of gotten a chair that the holder was always available on both sides. The Side Storage is too far down on the side and not very useful. The Arms are cushy, but I wish they had flip up storage. To hide my remotes. When I use the "ejection" seat lift. the remote slides off the arms. The massage functions is very nice, but annoyingly starts in the "auto" mode and them sequences from back, lumbar, thigh and leg. I prefer normal mode and use constant back lumbar and leg massage. (Needs a memory favorite function). The heat function is nice but is limited to the lumbar portion of the chair, I wonder what it would be like to heat the legs with massage. Wayfair delivered the chair in 4 days. Instructions were very simple and generally clear. I was a little confused with the cord connections. the instruction were not clear and the pictures were not helpful. the cords have male and female connections to the controls, motors and seat components. When the cords are plugged together, One of the plugs have a hinged lock that clips to the other plug, keeping them from pulling loose. On One cord set (male and female connection) both ends had a hinged lock, I had to discard the extra lock for the other connection lock. ...At first I thought the wiring was wrong. (remember my slow comment.) But after lots of testing. I am certain all is correct. Would I buy it again? ...Yes... Would I have bought it if I sat in before buying ... not sure... Rory. This power lift recliner brings motion functionality and lounge-level comfort to any home. Padded arms and a stuffed back deliver support, and the soft fabric upholstery blends easily into your space. Built-in side pockets and dual cup holders provide practical storage to keep remotes and drinks within easy reach. The frame relies on engineered wood. It also includes a USB port to charge your devices.

This chair is pretty comfortable and roomy. It is pretty easy to assemble but connecting all the wires were a little confusing. The instructions do not mention hidden wires and I had to reach out to customer support which was very helpful. A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice. The cup holders, USB port and pockets are nice extras.. Kelly. Peoria, IL. Fri Jul 31 2026
