This is a very nice side chair. it's comfortable and very easy to put together. I'm nearing 70 and recovering from recent major surgery, so I was worried about whether I would be able to handle it, but the directions were easy to follow, the pieces are relatively lightweight, and they all fit together just like they ought to. They really complement our room and decor. They seem to be made well and have a slightly higher seating height which adds to their comfort ( I’m 5’ 11”). This cover gets the job done. Easy to wash, and easy to fit on. Fabric is fairly tightly woven, though if you have a bold-patterned chair as I do, you'll probably still be able to detect the color changes beneath the cover if you look closely. It looks like the pictures and definitely upgrades the look of our recliner. I didnt realize it was all one piece which makes it sort of difficult to wrestle on. The fit isnt perfect- there was a lot of tucking, the latch you pull to recline we just pull through the fabric because the hole it comes with is for a lower set lever (but its not a big deal and works fine), and we had some difficulty securing the straps that hold it down because our recliner doesnt have 4 feet but rather two parallel bars underneath.
