I must admit I got a bit spooked when I was taking it out of the box, it seemed super flimsy and cheap (not shocking considering the price). That said, the beige fabric itself genuinely looks quite nice, and once it was all put together, it felt pretty sturdy. I don't know if I can officially recommend this technique as I didn't check fabric care instructions, but I steamed the entire thing to get out the creases and it made a WORLD of a difference. The seat cushions puffed up a ton, too. I just wanted a cozy small couch to fit against a window in our living room by our big couch, and this (so far) seems well-suited for that. The sofa itself is really nice. It's a perfect light beige color. Fabric is nice. It's really stiff, which I personally prefer.. I assume it will break in too though. The main thing I wanted to come here and say is that "white glove" or "full service" delivery is such a waste of money. It was free this time, so I went with it, but I said to my wife, it'll probably come damaged.. because what they do is assemble it at a local warehouse and load it wrapped in a blanket on the truck like movers would. Sure enough, it came damaged, smashed in on one side. Also the "movers" had the white cushions stacked in the middle of the street barely teetering on a blanket... any decent breeze or car driving by and they'd have been filthy. Wayfair is sending a new one so that's fine, but for the hassle, I'd rather have it delivered in the box.. this one is literally the main base, 4 cushions and then 4 feet.. anyone could assemble it. Update: Wayfair sent a new one, this time had dirty stains all along the front of the cushion like it was dropped on the warehouse floor. UPDATE the center leg kept bending sideways and the couch would fall down! Today the leg completely broke off. It’s just me in the home with the dog and we are gentle. Very disappointed!! Need new couch. Delivery day I wanted to love this couch, and there are things I really do like about it—but unfortunately, the negatives were hard to overlook. First off, the screws around the frame were difficult to get in because the foam was too thick and the screws wouldn’t catch the threads properly. It took much longer than it should have, and I had to redo sections multiple times. To make matters worse, the included Allen key stripped after just a couple of screws and didn’t fit the bolts properly. If you’re putting it together, definitely use your own tools. One of the most frustrating parts was the seat slats. You can’t get them in unless you loosen up the frame again after you’ve already secured it—which feels like going backwards and risks everything slipping out of place. Now that it’s assembled, I’ve been trying to enjoy it. The beige color is absolutely gorgeous—a warm, slightly speckled tone that fits beautifully with my decor. That’s definitely a highlight. Another major plus the entire couch is washable, which is rare and incredibly practical. That feature is probably the biggest trade-off for the comfort issues. Speaking of comfort—the seat cushions are very firm and slope down toward the center, so if you’re not sitting dead center, it can feel awkward. I’m hoping they loosen up over time, but for now, they’re not great for lounging. The back cushions are soft but under-filled, and the back itself is quite low—not nearly as supportive as it looks in the pictures. I’m planning to add throw pillows (maybe even a fluffy seat topper) to make it more livable. Overall, it’s a beautiful-looking couch with some thoughtful features like the washable covers, but the comfort and assembly left a lot to be desired. This is an excellent loveseat for the price. It came in a couple of large pieces that were pretty easy to put together. Probably took about 20-30 minutes from opening the package to complete assembly. There were some wrinkles, especially on the front of the seat cushions, but I used a steamer to get them out easily.
