I purchased this sofa because my disabled mother will be visiting and cannot climb stairs. Unfortunately, despite being advertised as a sofa bed, it does not convert into a bed, which was disappointing and the main reason for my purchase. That said, I do like the sofa itself. Assembly was straightforward, it feels sturdy, and the corduroy fabric is soft and attractive. I also appreciate that the cushion covers unzip for easy washing. I did try sleeping on it, but the armrests are very hard, making it less comfortable for overnight use. Because it doesn't function as a sofa bed as described and isn't ideal for sleeping, I'm giving it 4 stars. Such a beautiful and comfy chair! It has a Velcro light strip along the bottom which change colors via a remote. It’s incredible cost and cozy. Two people can comfortably sit in the oversized seat and it’s so nice to be able to stretch your legs out comfortably when watching tv. It came in multiple boxes but was assembled in about 20 minutes. It involved attaching the arms and back and putting the feet on. Easy peasy.
