This lamp is beautiful, but was EXTREMELY difficult to put together. The holes in the marble base did not line up with the screws. Luckily, I’m married to a handy engineer and he reworked it somehow. But then it wobbled, so he had to add some shims. The shade was a whole other story. I read a review that was very helpful or I may have never figured that out. I like the size and the design of this lamp. My only complaint is the finish is definitely a painted gold finish versus like a brass bronze polished or polished gold finish. I do like the foot on off and the lightbulb was very interesting that it came with allowing you to pick the different color temperatures however I replaced it because I wanted something different if the finish is OK for you then other than that it’s a very nice lamp.
