This lamp was relatively easy to assemble with 3 parts which all screw together. The only complexity was removal the protective plastic around the product and managing the cord which ran through the center of each part. While one person could easily assemble this, it was helpful to have second person prop up the parts while being screwed together. The results speak for themselves. The lowest hanging of the 5 lights rests at about 5’3” and the highest at 6’2” as described. The light is a natural warm color which plays well against neutral tones instead of washing them out. We love this lamp. It was immediately apparent that it was of a much higher quality than similar, cheaper lamps, and very much worth the price. Attaching the post to the base was a challenge. The included wrench was nice, but awkward given the limited angle afforded by the base. I had a very hard time getting the post tight and perpendicular to the base. Really beautiful lamp in our living room. Not as huge as some others I considered. Love the goldbrass finish the soft lighting with the Edison brown bulbs. Marble base is super heavy would look good even if it were exposed. Arms see like they would break adjusting them, but they finally gave enough to spread them apart. Would definitely buy again. This photo is somewhat distorted because the lamp is much larger. I couldn’t decide what to put on these big walls over the sofa so that lamp definitely helps define the area. Only question is why the onoff knob is so poorly designed. It is just shoved onto the metal stub like a capped tooth on a tooth nub. Love the lamp! Great quality. Love that the lamps is dimmable. The switch on the pole is ideal for us to reach for the location in the corner where we put it and also appreciated and that the bulbs were included. The only problem was the pole was slightly bent on the end where it connected to the base so it didn’t go in straight but we were able to fix it on our own. Perfect. Not sure why you want it written twice. I assembled it, but needed a couple of screw-in pieces tightened by her. The diagram was very simple and easy to follow. It was heavy until I laid it on the floor to finish putting it together. I think anyone could follow it. I am an 87-year-old woman. Fit and healthy, so I think an average person could do it. I really like this floor lamp. Extremely high quality. Each arm will adjust to where you want. The floor step on switch is an added bonus and I love the switch to control the lighting mood. Very tall and the base is very heavy to keep lamp in place. Beautiful linen shades, 3 bulbs, instructions and tools included. The shades will be perfect if you take some time to fit them. This lamp surprised us a bit…in a good way. We weren’t sure if it was what we needed, but we really love the design of the shades, the ability to adjust the arms, and switch different bulbs.
