It is definitely darker than the photos show, more of a very dark gray. I assume it will fade some to a lighter gray, similar to what is show. FYI - you will need to pre-purchase a 4x10, to cut in half. These will be used to place in holes dug roughly 36 inches deep and set in concrete. Hopefully that saves someone else a trip. Otherwise a good buy.. Andrew. Bedford, TX. Wed Aug 05 2026

The Cedar Arbor brings a subtle and modern reimagining of traditional arbor design. Lattice side panels support climbing flowers and plants to accent any garden entrance or walkway. Tools Required: Cordless Drill, Level, Stool/short Ladder, Shovel, Cement for permanent in-ground installation Approx. Time Commitment: 2 people, 3-4 hours.

This arbor is perfect. All the holes and notches were in the right places for assembly, the whole thing is square, sturdy, and level, the cedar is beautiful, the instructions were clear. I could not be happier. It took about 4 hours to assemble for two people, including digging the post holes and filling with quickset concrete. You will definitely need a second person and a ladder; it's lightweight, but too large to maneuver on your own. We used bricks to prop it up while we did the concrete and then tied a rope over the top for a few hours to counteract any wind. Worked like a charm.. Kristin. Phoenixville, PA. Thu Oct 15 2026

This arbor is well-made and took only five minutes to assemble. We love it! But beware: it does NOT come with an anchoring kit, even though the description states that it does. We’ll have to buy an earth anchor as it’s tall, narrow, and cannot support itself. I would give 5 stars if it came with the anchor kit as advertised. It is a very nice arbor with elegant, simple design. The easiest item I think we’ve ever put together.. Helga. Trabuco Canyon, CA. Wed Apr 30 2025
