Sooo easy to assemble and looks just like the pictures! The veneer is kind of mid but only up close. The legsfeet don’t have pads (except for the middle ones underneath) so moving it around isn’t very smooth. Enough room underneath for slim storage or cat. Anonymous. Thu Jul 16 2026

This low-profile bed frame delivers the effortless bohemianism of a mattress on the floor without any of the social censure. It floats on a recessed plinth base, framed by wide sideboards that flow into two sleek bedside tables. A padded headboard + finished back give you lots of placement options.

The bed frame feels solid and looks exactly like the pictures. Installation was straightforward and can easily be done by one person. One thing to keep in mind is that if you have a high or thick mattress, it may make the overall look feel a bit awkward and take away from the Japandi style. We ended up removing the slats to lower the mattress and improve the overall appearance, which worked much better for us.. Anonymous. Fri Sep 25 2026

The Artless SQB bed is our best design of them all, we do pick favorites, and this bed is it. The structural purity and the detailing make the bed as functional as it is beautiful, and it will last a lifetime. May the images speak for themselves.

It is a beautiful solid piece of furniture. It will last a long time. I paid to have it assembled, and one person did the job. It takes about 12 weeks to get delivered. I waited until it went on sale during Way Day and then signed up to receive marketing emails from Wayfair to get an additional 10 percent off. I was able to purchase it for a little more than $8,300. I shopped around and I haven't seen it below that price. It's worth every penny.. David P. Phoenix. Mon Jul 24 2023

Overall what I was looking for. It was missing some of the screws but I expected that after reading the reviews. I also let it air out as it smelled very much like unfinished wood. Although I didn’t need to sand it, there were some splintery areas (easy fix though). I used my own screwdriver as the one they provided was child-sized (still worked just not for my hands). I did not screw them together since my room is carpeted so they won’t shift. It does not come in one piece like the picture shows, I got a queen size and two foldable platforms.. Ashton. New Mexico. Cultivate an environment of serene respite with the stunning Alyssa platform bed. Made in Malaysia, this Japandi inspired piece is crafted from sturdy wood. Its angled headboard offers superb support as you relax in bed while rounded corners lend a display of rich geometric symmetry. The Alyssa requires assembly and utilizes wood slats for mattress support, eliminating the need for a box spring. Distinguished with an extra-wide railing, the Alyssa platform bed is a fantastic bedroom centerpiece..

This was my dream bed, so I had to get it. The headboard has a slight slant to it, kinda giving the Floyd bed vibe, but at a fraction of the cost. The wood tone is gorgeous, and accurate to the photo. Originally, I wasn’t the biggest fan of the legs, but with the comforter, it’s barely noticeable. I had one person help me put the bed tgt and it took us about an hour hour and a half (including taking everything out of the boxes). But it was genuinely so worth it. If you’re in love with this bed, pls don’t let the time divert you! Last thing it is not squeaky at all and quite sturdy. I would reccomend this bed frame a hundred times over. Anonymous.
