The four chairs arrived in two separate boxes but in one delivery. Everything was packed and labeled well. Shipping was fast. There were no defects with the chair parts or problems with assembly. On some of the longer "B" length screws I sprayed a very small amount of WD40 when the screw was not turning smoothly and it was easy after that. Total assembly took almost two hours for the four chairs. The chairs are decent quality for the price. I like how the legs are a kind of warm honey wood color. The cushioning is high and firm. This table is very sturdy and heavy! It works great in our short term rental dining room. The finish had imperfections upon arrival and a new table top was sent to us, but it also had some imperfections in the veneer surface. It now has a "well loved" look and a bit of a patina so it actually works well for us. The first image shows the size with one additional insert, it comes with one other insert, so it can extend to quite a length. The other two images show the type of imperfections that are across most of the surface. The white bits and the cup ring are shown after a good cleaning with a damp cloth and they are not removable. I purchased this dining set in December, and overall I’m very happy with it. The table itself is beautiful, feels like good quality, and was surprisingly easy to assemble. It ended up being a little smaller than I expected, but it works well for my space and still seats four comfortably. My biggest complaint is the chairs. They were much more difficult to assemble than the table, and after about seven months of normal use, I’ve already had to go back and tighten several of the bolts because the chairs became loose and wobbly. I’m hoping this isn’t something I’ll have to do on a regular basis or eventually have to replace the chairs because of it. Overall, I still love the look of this dining set and think it’s a great value, but I do wish the chairs were built a little more sturdily.
