Received the hot tub a few days ago. Shipping took about 5 weeks. Literally put the tub in place, fill it with water and plug it in. Screwed the cover on and waited about 24hrs to reach 100 degrees. As other reviewers stated, this 4 person tub is really ideal for 2 people. It is doable with maybe one more person, but a tight squeeze. Haven't messed around with the settings too much but the manual seems straight forward. Overall for the price, I think it is a great deal....so far.. Annie. Scottsdale, AZ. Sun Nov 22 2015

Great tub but a couple of things I did not expect. First thing was I underestimated the weight of the tub. It's a lot heavier than it looks. If it needs to go up have some heavy equipment to assist you and the second thing was the amount of electricity it used in the winter. my electric bill went up $80-$100 a month. I'm planning on pulling the side panels this summer and adding additional insulation. Hope this helps.. Tim. Williston, VT. Tue Apr 28 2026

Received it June 2023 and set it up in July, took down in September for the winter. We just put it back up (May 2024) and and it leaks air from the air intake valve. Did trouble shooting, tried to tighten it and still leaks. We wasted our money. Index is honoring the 1 year warranty but not too hopeful that will fix it. So disappointed it was only used for 3 moths!! UPDATE Intex sent us a new tub, warranty held up. It has held up now 2 summers!!! Update got replacement still working great after 3 years. Barb. The spa panel replacement kit offers an economical way to re-skirt a hot tub with weathered panels. The flexible design and unique built-in flange allow for a quick and simple installation. The Flexible Spa Panel will fit spas that are less than 96″ x 96″ (or 32′) in total length and with a panel height of less than 34.5″. The Flexible Spa Panel can be installed right over your existing skirting! If you choose to remove the skirting, some additional framework will be necessary to reinforce where the panels overlap. The panels have a built-in overlap design, which makes installation easier. To continue access to the spa's equipment panel, we include flange pieces for an access door. More information is provided in our instructions manual. The panels ship in a single carton in 5 separate rolls, with color-matched screws included. The installer will need a circular saw, a string, measuring tape, a drill, and a pencil.

Nice hot tub. Takes a while to heat up and loses heat pretty quickly when you open the lid, but my kids love it. Unfortunately, we had to winterize it for the winter because my energy bill DOUBLED after we set it up. We live in Michigan so it uses a lot of energy during the colder climates. So if youre hot tub shopping just know that these plug and play ones seem really nice and cost effective, but they actually cost way more to run than a 220v hot tub would. We just got ours set up this week and plan on only running it from May through Sept.. Alissa. New Haven, MI. Mon Oct 12 2026

This 3-person hot tub elevates any get-together year-round. It's made from acrylic with a gray exterior and a crisp white interior, and it has a rectangular silhouette with wood-inspired paneling across its sides. This hot tub holds up to 146 gal. of water, and it comes with a filter, Ozonator, waterfall, and two circulation pumps. We love that it includes lounge-style seating and 29 jets for an out-of-this-world tub experience. LED lights offer added convenience at night, and it's freeze-resistant if you want to enjoy them during chillier months. This tub includes an insulated cover that locks as needed.

We don't have it up and running but are experienced hot tub owners and so far it looks great. Well made, good layout, so far easy to set up.. Carolyn. Towson, MD. Sun May 24 2026

Delivered Sunday at 7am and soaking by noon. Filled with hot water from on demand water heater. Very nice looking tub. Generous space, plenty of room for one andor two people. We could not be happier with our purchase.. Anonymous. Mon Sep 28 2026

I am so excited about this portable 4 to 6 person inflatable hot tub. I have never seen anything like this before nor did I know it even existed. I love how this kit comes with everything you need including the heavy duty ground cover and top cover. It is legit on functionality thats for sure! The ground tarp could be a little bit thicker as it might not last too long, the pump to inflate the hot tub was already attached once removed from the box. We plugged it in and it inflated in a matter of seconds! And it shut off all on its own when it detected it was fully inflated. The pump also activates the air bubbler once the water is in. 4 to 6 people is probably not accurate, more like three would be comfortable. It does come with a heavy duty cover which snap connects to the side connections of the hot tub coming about 6 in over the top, not fully covering the pump and LCD screen so it could get ruined in wet weather. Other reviewers mentioned that it was a white cover and seemed like an afterthought, I do not feel the same way as it is a gray color and has purposeful snapping mechanisms to accommodate the hot tub--I feel very reasonably. The LCD screen is large and straightforward however the lighting could be a little bit brighter. We love this portable hot tub and surely want to take care of it, so once our pool house is built, it will serve its purpose in an enclosed area. Because we live in the desert and have high winds, we do not want that and or the Nevada Sun ruining this hot tub, so for us setting it up and taking it down is not an option right now, but again it will have a permanent place in our pool house hopefully next year. It also comes with a nice heavy duty bag to put it back in once you take it down and either want to move location or store it. I love that you can have something so nice without the cost associated with a new one, not to mention how permanent they are while this one is portable and conveniently able to be set up, removed, or placed in a new location. If you have a generator it even makes this more portable for camping trips or travel to that log cabin you have tucked away in the pine trees!. Melissa. NV. Fri Sep 04 2026
